The victoria Díez school has done a celebration of the solidarity with the purpose of raising money for Philippines. Our goal is to help people who, unfortunately, don’t have the same rights as the developed countries.
For getting that , we should put all our effort on it.
Almost everyone brought cakes, biscuits, muffins…to sell and raise some money for that country.
On Wednesday, we stayed at school from 8:10 until 17:00. Everyone was together and it was an amazing way of coexistence.
All the school community went to Sta.Emerenciana church where we sang and listened to a solidary teaching.
In the playground all the classes were dancing zumba, because the 4th of secondary had been rehearsing zumba dances to have fun on this special day. We also presented the new EDIT choreography!
When the morning was over, we ate the solidary sandwich which was made of ham and we also ate some mandarins, the money which was raised from the sandwich is for Philippines too. The children played and had fun in the lunch break and then the activities started.
The primary and kindergarten students did a lot of activities and different games during the afternoon. Some of them were, for example, painting their faces and wearing costumes. There were more activities such as ‘storytelling’, ‘pass word’, ‘mime’, ‘karaoke’ or ‘guessing the song’. We enjoyed the afternoon as usual.
